The week with Brenda helped me to understand people more and even be more patient with those I intend to lead. I feel like I needed to learn how to listen more and try to put myself in others shoes more often. My communication has improved for sure. I found my team to be more responsive to my leadership when I use the skills of listening. My company relationships have been a lot better. Being open with my leadership team helped open up lines of communication I didn’t have before. I learned how to stop and evaluate how I view this person whether it is positive or negative.”
